His background and passion
How Dr. Ray found chiropractic
While studying engineering at university, Dr. Peter Ray realized his true passion was elsewhere. After seeing his aunt treated by a chiropractor for neck pain following a car accident, he witnessed first hand the power of natural healing. After a radical career change, he feels privileged to be part of a healing profession that helps people and teaches them to take care of themselves.
With an open mind, he embraced chiropractic and acupuncture. He traveled to underserved areas of the world to learn new techniques of healing under Professor Sir Anton Jayasuriya, MD, whose lifetime motto was: “Let us give people back their health and return the smile to their faces.”
At Kalubowila Medical Hospital in Colombo, Sri Lanka, Dr. Ray began treating patients with acupuncture. The gratitude of his patients there solidified his decision to practice the healing arts.

Our focus is you
Relief first, then keeping you well
We first help relieve your pain through chiropractic, dry needling and other forms of therapy. Next, we teach you how to maintain and improve your general health to prevent further pain and relapses, integrating chiropractic, stretching, yoga and core strengthening.
Dr. Ray learned this approach working in remote villages in Sri Lanka and the Maldives: “There, I realized it was essential to not only treat patients but to educate them on how to manage their own healthcare.” He brings that proactive, educational approach to his practice here in Westminster, Colorado.
